Payments and Cancellation Policy
- A deposit of 1 nights’ accommodation will be charged to the credit card provided to secure your booking. Balance payable on arrival.
- 1% surcharge applies to all Diners and American Express credit card transactions.
- Cancellations received 30 days or more before arrival will incur an administration fee of $50. The balance of any deposit paid is refundable.
- Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival will forfeit deposit paid.
- Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to schedule arrival date, "no shows", or incur 2 nights’ accommodation cancellation fee based on all year round rack rate per night.
- Early departures incur full accommodation cost. If the hotel room can be re-let for the total duration of the dates booked an administration fee equal to the two night rack rate will apply.
- Cancellations must be received in writing, fax or email.
- We recommend travel insurance should any stay need to be altered before or following arrival for any reason or circumstances.

- Rates are per room/suite per night
- For stays of 2 nights or more, rates are inclusive of complimentary return transfers from/to Cairns Airport or Cairns city by chauffeured coach.
- Rates include full buffet breakfast daily and daily room servicing.
- All suites have king beds - twin beds are available on request. Hotel Studio room - oversize queen bed.

Check-In and Departure
Your suite will be available for check-in from 2:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. Special requests and early arrivals cannot be guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate your request and preferences. As soon as your suite is available you may check-in. We will endeavour to accommodate late check outs, an hourly rate applies for all rooms after 1:00pm.
Complimentary shower and towels are available in hotel bathroom, and your luggage can be stored.
