Guests over 16 years welcome.

Receive 1 free night for a booking of 5 consecutive nights. Maximum 2 free nights per stay.
Valid for stays from 1 November 2013 to 30 June 2014.
Valid for suites only. Excludes Hotel Studio Room.
For additional nights standard room rate applies.

A deposit of 2 nights accommodation will be charged to the credit card provided to secure your booking. Balance payable on arrival.
2% surcharge applies to all Diners and American Express credit card transactions.
Cancellations received 30 days or more before arrival will incur an administration fee of $50. The balance of any deposit paid is refundable.
Cancellations less than 30 days but more than 21 days High Season/14 days Low Season before arrival will incur an administration fee of $100.
Cancellations received 14 days or less (Low Season) prior to schedule arrival date, including “no shows”, incur 2 nights’ accommodation cancellation fee based on all year round nightly rate.
Cancellations received 21 days or less (High Season) prior to schedule arrival date, including ”no shows”, incur 2 nights’ accommodation cancellation fee based on all year round nightly rate.
Early departures incur full accommodation cost equal to the original nights booked.
Cancellations must be received in writing, fax or email.
We strongly recommend travel insurance should any stay need to be altered or cancelled before, during or following arrival for any reason or circumstances including natural events.
