What are we doing in response to COVID-19

As we welcome you back to our hotel, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment that aligns with expert protocols. We are redefining our cleaning & safety standards and we will be actively monitoring and evolving our solutions to ensure we have a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests and associates. All aspects of our business with be addressed, from public spaces, guest rooms to in-house dining. 

Is our restaurant open?

Opening hours at our restaurant, Hi-Tide:

Breakfast daily, 7am – 10:30 am

Brunch daily, 7 am – 1 pm

Dinner Tues – Sat, 5:30 pm – 8 pm

Happy Hour Tues – Sat, 4 pm – 6 pm

What time is check-in?

Check-in is from 3.00pm, If you require to check-in earlier please call our friendly team to organise. Early check-in are subject to availability.

What time is check-out?

Check-out time is 11am. If you require a late check-out please contact our friendly team. There will be an additional charge and it is subject to availability.

Do we accept cash payments?

Yes we do accept cash payments but will require you to leave a $200 cash deposit at reception which will be returned on check-out.

What card types do we accept?

Mastercard, Visa & AMEX, these cards are available at a 1.3% surcharge for all transactions. We do not charge a surcharge on debit cards

Is smoking allowed?

No smoking or vaping is permitted in guest rooms or on hotel grounds. A fine of $400 will apply for any smoking or vaping in rooms.

Can I park onsite?

Yes, we have free undercover and off-street parking for our guests.

Can I check-in later than 7:00pm?

If you are arriving late and after 7pm you will need to make prior arrangement with our team. You will be sent our after hours checkin instructions prior to arrival.

Do you have baths?

All of our suites have super soaker bath tubs. Only a few of our suites have spa baths, these rooms may be at an additional price for the upgrade. Please ask our friendly team for more information. 

Are there kitchens in the rooms?

All of our suites have well equipped small kitchenettes. Each suite has a fridge, microwave, top stove, small dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle and a toaster. There is also cooking essentials in each suite. if you require a room with a kitchenette then please contact our friendly team. These rooms are subject to availability and may occur an upgrade charge.

Do you have elevators?

Yes we have an elevator which is located in the hotel.

Do we allow pets?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our hotel rooms. However, certified assistance animals are welcome at the hotel.

Do we allow smoking?

Peninsula Boutique Hotel is a non smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in our suites or anywhere on the hotel grounds. 

What is the minimum age allowed to stay?

Unfortunately, we do not cater for guests under the age of 17.
