Is our restaurant open?

Opening hours at our restaurant, Hi-Tide:

Breakfast daily: 7am – 11am

Brunch daily: 11:30am – 1:30am

Dinner: Currently Closed

Happy Hour: 3pm – 6pm (Thursday – Saturday Only) – Dips and Charcuterie Boards available

What time is check-in?

Check-in is from 3pm, If you require to check-in earlier please call our friendly team to organise. Early check-in are subject to availability.

What time is check-out?

Check-out time is 11am. If you require a late check-out please contact our friendly team. There will be an additional charge and it is subject to availability.

Do we accept cash payments?

We do not accept cash payments for Peninsula Hotel

Hi Tide by the Beach will accept Cash, Eftpos & all major Credit Cards

What card types do we accept?

Mastercard, Visa & AMEX, these cards are available at a 1.3% surcharge for all transactions. We do not charge a surcharge on debit cards

Is smoking allowed?

No smoking or vaping is permitted in guest rooms or on hotel grounds. A fine of $400 will apply for any smoking or vaping in rooms.

Can I park onsite?

Yes, we have complimentary undercover and off-street parking for our guests.

Can I check-in later than 6:00pm?

If you are arriving late and after 6pm you will need to pre advise out team. We will send you an afterhours safe code, instructions including your welcome pack with keys to enable you a late check -in.

Do you have baths?

All of our suites have super soaker bath tubs. Only a few of our suites have spa baths, these rooms may be at an additional price for the upgrade. Please ask our friendly team for more information. 

Are there kitchens in the rooms?

All of our suites have well equipped small kitchenettes. Each suite has a fridge, microwave, top stove, small dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle and a toaster. There is also cooking essentials in each suite. if you require a room with a kitchenette then please contact our friendly team. These rooms are subject to availability and may occur an upgrade charge.

Do you have elevators?

Yes we have an elevator which is located in the hotel.

Do we allow pets?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our hotel rooms. However, certified assistance animals are welcome at the hotel.

What is the minimum age allowed to stay?

Unfortunately, we do not cater for guests under the age of 17.
